Briaunna has been a part of Select Paint and Finishes since 2022 and with over 7 years of client relations and business operation in her background, she brings valuable insight to the team. Briaunna provides support in day-to-day operations to assure projects remain successful. She is also responsible for ensuring that project timelines stay accurate. When Briaunna isn’t in the office, you can find her spending time outdoors with her two sons.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in fireproofing, project management, and field operations, Ronnie is a strong member of the Select Spray Systems team. His career commenced in Colorado, and then decided to travel to the east coast to increase his skillset and expand upon his professional relationships within the fireproofing industry. He has extensive knowledge of all facets of fireproofing operations with a key ability to build, retain and grow long term relationships with clients.

Tyler commenced his career working in the automotive and small motor industry where he serviced and repaired cars, trucks and small yard equipment. He performed basic services to full tear downs and rehauls on all types of equipment and vehicles throughout his eight years in that industry. He started at Select Spray Systems in 2021 and has utilized his past knowledge and experience to assist in the repairs of construction equipment. He understands the importance of making sure all tools and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently to ensure projects run safely, on time and within budget. He enjoys working in Select Spray’s strong team environment and appreciates that everyone is working together toward a common goal through brainstorming and collaboration.

Sarah brings 19 years of construction marketing and business development experience to Select Spray Systems. As Business Development Director, she wears many “hats” as she is responsible for the company’s overall marketing, website redevelopment, public relations, online branding, social media networking, in-house pre-qualification system, networking events, charitable portfolio and commitments, and client relations. She has a strong presence on a multitude of social media platforms, and she feels as though it is a successful and creative way to market a company. Sarah truly enjoys collaborating with her coworkers to position and grow the Select Group of Companies as leaders amongst specialty contractors in the New England construction industry. She has worked extensively with owners, environmental consulting firms, general contractors, construction managers, city and state agencies, utility firms, hospitals and educational institutions on numerous building and heavy-civil projects ranging in size from $10,000 - $50 million. She is currently a Manager on the Boston Muscle Team Charity Event in Boston. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University in Public Policy and Environmental Science.

Originally starting as a Laborer with the Laborers International Union of North America Local 17, Michael began to quickly supervise demolition, asbestos and fireproofing jobs in and around the New York City area. With 9 years of experience supervising in the field, he is now a Project Manager with Select Spray Systems managing fireproofing projects throughout New England. With a great deal of knowledge in the fireproofing industry, he enjoys and embraces the challenges that come with running successful projects, while ensuring they are performed safely, on time and under budget. He also understands the importance of team development and believes it is the key to success in the construction industry.

Justin started with the Select Group in 2015 working for Select Demo Services. He transferred to Select Spray Systems upon the company’s inception in 2017. He brings 15 years of experience, dedication and construction knowledge being a Laborer with the Laborers’ Union Local 560. He is passionate about building talented construction teams, ensuring significant production on all projects and servicing clients to the utmost excellence. Some of his favorite projects have been: New England Aquarium Restoration, Commonwealth Pier Redevelopment, Boston College-IISS Schiller Institute for Integrated Science in Society and currently the South Station Transportation Center Improvements Project. “Each day is different, but every day we help people and keep buildings safe from fires. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2004, Scott has spent his career in the New England and New York fireproofing markets. Having done everything from scraping floors, to mixing and spraying, to estimating and project management, Scott is well versed in his clients’ needs and the overall expectations for fireproofing projects from small patching jobs to large high rises and everything in between. Currently as Senior Estimator, Scott oversees all of Select Spray’s bidding and procurement operations. He prides himself on his work ethic and attention to detail, while ensuring that his estimates are as comprehensive and thorough as possible.

Kimraj brings over 20 years of experience in the fireproofing industry to Select Spray Systems. He has worked in every state on the East Coast from Maine to Florida and has a true understanding of each jurisdictions’ rules and regulations surrounding spray fireproofing application processes. He commenced his career scraping floors and then quickly went on to become a sprayer, progressed to Superintendent and eventually to Director of Operations, where he oversees multiple crews simultaneously. As Director of Operations, Kimraj develops, implements, and monitors day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for the company’s key initiatives; builds and maintains relationships with clients and vendors; plans, monitors, and analyzes key performance metrics to ensure the safe, efficient and timely completion of projects; and devises strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.

Ryan brings 20 years of construction experience to Select Spray Systems. Ryan started his career working in the field, and he quickly worked his way up the ranks eventually advancing to become the President of Select Demo Services, LLC. As he grew Select Demo, he saw a need for specialty contracting firms in the fireproofing industry, so in 2017 he opened Select Spray Systems. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company as whole. Ryan prides himself on having a keen intuition on the needs and demands of his clients, understands hard work and strategy, has surrounded himself with the best team in the specialty contracting industry and most importantly, has not forgotten where he came from. He is currently a Manager on the Boston Muscle Team Charity Event in Boston.
