Heights of Haverhill, Haverhill, MA

This project was a part of the new construction of a luxury, mixed-use development in downtown Haverhill that will serve as a catalyst for future development in the city. The prime location, downtown and adjacent to the Merrimack River, will provide an upscale lifestyle and urban design for its residential and retail tenants. Select Spray Systems was subcontracted to perform the spray-applied fireproofing to this 65,000 SF, 10-story building that includes a sky lounge, onsite dining, medical and educational spaces and 42 residential units. Select Spray utilized 1,750 bags of Isolatek Cafco on this project.
